I doubt this is the recipe that prompted the story about taste testing the whiskey balls, but I included the recipe anyway because many of the recipes I have found are vague in directions or measurements.
1 box vanilla wafers
1 Tablespoon white syrup
1 cup nut meats
2 shots whiskey
Ever measurements (I have no idea what this means.)
Roll in small balls and roll in powdered sugar.
That’s all that’s on the card. Initially this sounds like a no cook recipe, but I can’t see the concoction holding together without at least boiling the white syrup until it got thick.
