REAPING THE HARVEST

Years ago, I grew a massive garden – two raised beds framed with railroad ties. They each measured 8 feet by 16 feet. Now, I try to get my fresh vegetables from the farmers market or CSA, but I do get desperate and go to the grocery store.

These recipes are ways to save the flavors of the harvest.
